A summer tangager decided to stop by the founder’s garden today on it’s migration south for the winter. This is surprisingly not an uncommon sight here at the Center which continues to be a very green oasis despite it’s location in inner-city Managua. Soon birds won’t be the only ones flocking through the Center with class sign-up starting this week. Even today the familiar sounds have started to come back as the orchestra started practicing again. There will be more and more action building up to the official start of classes in February. It’s going to be another exciting year in Batahola!
