Kids with Cameras, Part II

Keyling, Ibelise, Andrea, Joseling, Kelly, Luis, Amanda

One afternoon last week, two kids came running up to me. With eager eyes, they asked me “When are you going to show our photos??” So, we made two treks across Managua to get photos printed and mounted on bulletin boards. Here is the small exposition we mounted at the Cultural Center.

First, an explanation of the little photography taller (workshop) with photos by the kids:

“Creative Corner is a new initiative that offers small monthly workshops for children with the objective of developing creativity, expression and reflection. Each month they explore a different medium. This month they tried out photography. Here you can see the results. Congratulations participants!”

Photos taken by the kids (click on first one to see slideshow-style). They took photos of reflections, light and shadow, movement, close-ups, textures, pattern, and different perspectives.

Next up, more photos of their dream sequences and stories!
