Here I give you a glimpse of the coffee fruit. I was pretty ignorant about coffee before coming here (well, I’m at least learning more now). After spending a few days with a family who works on a coffee cooperative, I got an idea of the time-intensive work involved. Arabic coffee is the main type produced here in Nicaragua, with the main picking season lasting from October till February.
